Yep, we were over due for our yearly trip down to visit Shamu. This trip was special because we got invited by a family at church to join them. The Rodgers family is so kind and caring. Dana and Richard have raised their three kids in such a God honoring way that they provide such great examples to us of what we desire for Alison. G-Pa, TTM, Uncle Babe and Baby Ella were able to join us too.
The Shamu show just isn't the same now that the trainers are under such restrictions, but Alison still loved watching Shamu.

I dont' know if you remember..but each time we have gone to Sea World I have taken a picture of Alison sitting on top of the Manatees. Click here to see those pictures..Sadly the manatees have been moved to Orlando so the statue is no longer there. In an attempt to find something else, we found the starfish. I guess this is the home for our "every trip" picture.
Thank you Dana, Kayleigh, and Kimber for a great day!! We can't wait to go back again (especially since we have a two year pass now!)
